NOW Empowered Co is a not-for-profit, women's community organisation that was developed to guide, encourage, support and empower other women to find self-worth, confidence, and connection.

Let's talk about the word worth for a moment. The Oxford Dictionary defines the noun as: 

"The level at which someone deserves to be valued or rated".

We probably all know that we "should" rate ourselves highly and have strong self-confidence, but, does everyone really understand the true importance of doing just that?
